GloRe (Global Recognition) is a Capacity Building Project Financed by Erasmus+ Program. The partner organisations developed during the project this platform to Certify the soft skills acquired through International Volunteering experiences.
GloRe was initiated by Associazione Joint from Italy, who shared the same vision with 8 other non-profit organizations from Latin America and Europe. GloRe Certification Process aims to be shared with partners from all over the world in order to create a global network of international volunteering organisations with the ability to validate the learning experience of volunteer and to guarantee common quality standards
GloRe Certificate has 3 types of certification. These certificates are generated for volunteers active in international volunteering projects hosted or coordinated by an organization that is part of The GloRe Network.
- The 1st type of certificate is the Participation Certificate: it can be issued for any volunteer who stay at least 20 days volunteering.
- The 2nd type of certificate is the Glore Soft Skills Certificate: It certifies the Soft Skills acquired by the volunteer during his/her volunteering experience and can be issued only for participants volunteering for a minimum of 3 months.
- The 3rd type is the Professional Statement: an extra document provided only in case a volunteer has demonstrated to reach a professional level in the tasks performed.
